Wire strippers allow electricians to strip wire, cut machine screws, and bend wire hooks which attach onto electrical devices (like plugs and switches).
I’ve tried MANY wire strippers over my years.. my absolute favorites are wire strippers with yellow-tipped insulation. Both Greenlee & Klein Tools offer this model, which look & feel the same (except for green or blue handles). The layout of the solid wire size feel so natural, and going to another wire stripper layout I could NEVER get used to. Every electrician will have their own preference, but I REALLY enjoyed the yellow-tipped insulation wire strippers.
