You can tell that Channellock does several more finishing operations on this tool than Klein does on theirs (Klein made theirs all black to hide the fact it is mostly left in a raw state after being forged). The cutter is higher quality (clearly it's been hardened and has a sharper edge) and the non-insulated portion is just a little bit better profiled so it won't puncture insulation like the Klein does. Even the weight: Klein 360grams, Channellock 380 grams. Both are made in the USA and both cost about the same so go with this one.
